Cecilia is a seasoned Executive Assistant based in Stockholm, Sweden. With over a decade of business support experience gained in the creative industries in London, she is used to supporting executives in high-paced, dynamic, and international environments and prides herself on her can-do attitude.
Her passion for music led Cecilia to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business from the University of Westminster in London. She began her career as an office temp, working with various media companies across London, where she became accustomed to quickly learning new roles with minimal supervision. Cecilia later transitioned to supporting top music agencies, such as Creative Artists Agency and Coda Agency (now Wasserman Music).
In 2021, Cecilia began working remotely with the London-based nonprofit organisation Black Lives in Music, supporting their small and ambitious team. Initially providing administrative and social media support, as well as assisting the CEO and Director of Operations, she gradually took on a broader executive support role, working closely with the CEO. The organisation’s mission to promote equality in the music industry is a cause close to Cecilia’s heart, and she is passionate about ensuring all voices are heard and valued, regardless of background or identity.
Fluent in both English and Swedish, Cecilia is comfortable supporting clients in both languages.
Outside of work, she enjoys attending gigs and DJ sets, practicing yoga, and catching up with friends over a fika. A passionate traveler, she takes full advantage of working remotely to explore new destinations, with Ibiza being her second home.
Cecilia currently has the capacity to take on additional clients and would love to support individuals and teams looking for reliable and proactive remote support.

My business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM CET.
I use Toggl to track all time spent, rounding up to the nearest 15 minutes. I will notify you before we reach your agreed retainer hours.
While I don’t work from clients’ offices, I’m happy to support your events, depending on availability. Please provide as much advance notice as possible.
If you need to adjust your plan, just let me know at least 48 hours before the last working day of the month.
If you require more hours, I’ll invoice you for the additional time. You can choose to pay hourly or purchase an extra block of prepaid hours.
Yes, a contract is required for all engagements. If you need to change your plan or cancel, please provide a minimum of 48 hours before the last working day of the month.
